Please need help take a look HIGH CPU USAGE problem

HI I have a problem with this laptop Lenovo G50-30. Its brand new and MEGA slow in every action from start up. I tried disabling WOK and updating drivers but still nothing. PLEASE take a look at the screet shots, the first screenshot is from my other Lenovo g500 which is workin perfectly fine.

It looks like the very application you are using to view the high CPU usage is causing the CPU usage. Uninstall the sysinternals process explorer and see if that helps.

Not helping ;x the thing is that my idle process is way to low .... ad i have a 30-40% CPU usage . WHEN I GO on safe mode everything works perfect witouht lagg or problems.... but in safe mode... any help would be appreciated , i m ready even to use skype or use timeviewer if anyone can help me out or has experience with this.
