Either is a good choice. GSkill also makes a great product called Ripjaws that is timed 7-8-7-21 and has been my choice for DDR3 builds for a while now. It seems to be a bit cheaper than other brands. Also Mushkin Redline with the same low timings can often be found pretty cheap.
