Please power down and connect the pcie power cables for this graphics card

I've already connected the 8pin and 6pin my gtx 760 uses and it still says this. I've double checked to see that there are no loose connections. Using a RM750 corsair power supply. The cable I'm using is one 8pin to 8pin and 6+2pin splitter cable.

make sure you have the cable plugged into the right slot on the power supply side
