Today I cleaned out/dusted my computer, fans, GPU, CPU, Power supply, and put it all back together. Normally when my PC is plugged in the light on my GPU is white, but it is currently red. When the PC is turned on, everything gets power, but my screen says Please power down and connect the PCIe power cable for this graphics card. My computer was working just fine, so I assume I did something when I was cleaning it. The only things I removed in the process were GPU, CPU, and Power supply. The only thing I did with the power supply was pull and blow out the dust that had gathered inside. Not sure what's going on now. Any ideas of what I should do?

GPU - ASUS GeForce GTX 1060 6gb OC (6 pin)
Power supply - EVGA 600B
CPU - i5-4670k

I'm starting to think I need to replace my power supply. Doesn't seem to be generating what it use to. Maybe some dust or something shorted it out in some way.
