Please provide me the solution to get back my HDD data back

Hi... I'm not able to see my Segate HDD in my computer and Disk Mgmt but visible at Device Manager. I have a backup of data in that HDD. I tried some process which i found in suggesion comments. I want my backup data so i don't want to format HDD.
Could you please suggest me the solution to get back my HDD data?and
what to do to visible in my computer and Disk management?

If this is a backup data set, can't you copy it from the original? If you only have it in one place, it's not a backup. For backups you want to keep data in two places, make sure you do that in the future to prevent these issues.

The drive may be able to be fixed but it could be pricey, at least with what is happening there is a good chance the data is fine on the disk and only the logic board is bad.
