I'd drop the 1TB M2 drive since you can get a 1TB 860 Evo for $100 less (and really identical performance) and then you can put that money toward other components.You also don't need X470 either - you can get the B450 version of that motherboard (which I have and is a great board, BTW) for less money. Then you can put that money into a better PSU and GPU.

I also agree with the liquid cooler - you can get a much better air tower like the Cryorig H5 that will cost about the same amount of money.
I'd get a better power supply and that single fan AIO probably won't be much better than the stock cooler that comes with the CPU. No need for that 1tb m.2. Just get a standard SSD and save a hundred bucks. If you're not planning on overclocking that CPU I'd save a few and get a b450 board.

No need for watercooler, and spending well over 10% of your total on a case and fans when you have a meh power supply isn't good use of money

Additionally that is a really nice board, but too expensive in this situation don't spend more on a motherboard than you do a cpu
