Save the money and get a normal 3600, you can overclock it to a 3600X speed. You can save some money and get a B450 motehrboard. All of teh MSI ones that have MAX in their name support Ryzen 3000 out of the box, the MSI Tomahawk MAX is very popular and is a good baord.

For graphics card, if you already have it that's fine, but you might want to look either at a new GTX 1650 Super or 1660 Super or look around for a used RX580, which are around 100 USD these days.
