Hello!
I am building my first ever PC for gaming and music production. I have a fixed budget of INR 85,000-90,000. I need help from you as to get the best possible config in my budget. I have searched a lot of offline and online stores (for prices) and this is what I have come up with. Please let me know what you think about it & please advise any necessary changes. Thanks!
PC specs:

CPU:
AMD Ryzen 5 2400G/ Intel i5-8400 (if the prices go down)

Motherboard:
MSI B450 PRO VDH AM4 Socket/ ASUS B360M- D(for intel)

GPU:
MSI GTX 1060 6GB OCV2 DUAL FAN GDDR5

RAM:
Corsair Vengeance LPX 12GB (8GB+4 GB) DDR4 2400 MHz
(may increase to 16gb(2x8gb))

CPU Cooler:
STOCK version for both AMD & Intel

CASE:
Corsair SPEC 01

PSU:
Corsair VS650 650W

UPS:
Microtek 1000 VA

MONITOR:
Acer GN246HL (144Hz)- 3D LED monitor - Full HD (1080p) - 24"

SSD:
KINGSTON A400 240gb

HDD:
Seagate barracuda 1tb 7200 rpm 6gb/s

FANS:
Cooler Master 120MM SickleFlow X Led Fan (x3)

Please let me know where I am wrong or if I can improve.
Thank You!

Corsair does not sell or make (8GB+4 GB) memory kits. There is no guarantee that such a combination will work together or how it will work if you manage to get the PC to boot up. Your on your own there. You can do your own compatibility testing with no guarantees.

Core i5-8400
Supported memory: DDR4-2666

Ryzen 5 2400G
Supported memory: DDR4-2667
The CPU supports DDR4-2933 memory (Single-rank - with two modules)

There is a few things I would comment on here...

1. CPU
You chose the R5 2400G, which has integrated graphics but you don't need the integrated graphics because you have a GPU already. I would suggest instead the R5 1500X or R5 1600 for a very similar price.

2. RAM
Please don't buy single sticks of RAM. Always buy RAM in dual channel (meaning in pairs). Now this doesn't mean: buy two 4Gb sticks, I am saying buy a box with two sticks inside as they are tested by the manufavturer to work properly together (hence dual channel). I would suggest just getting a dual channel 8Gb (one box of 2x 4Gb) RAM. Also going for 2666Mhz as this is recommend for Ryzen buils and also the best price/quality/speed ratio. Better to get dual channel 8Gb RAM at 2666Mhz than 8 + 4 Gb at 2400Mhz.

3. PSU
That is a very low end PSU. I wouldn't recommend using that for a gaming build. The cheapest good PSU I could find on PCPartPicker India that was over 450w (your build will use no more than 350w) is the Seasonic 520w S12II.

Now I don't know the price of that monitor and UPS because it doesn't show up on PCPartPicker but please have a look at this build below.

Thank you Calvin7 and julienruc.
Regarding the RAM, I agree with you Calvin7 and I will select packs of 2 for dual channel memory. Even I was in doubt if the 8+4 combo will work. But now instead I'll go with 16gigs of ram( 8+8) which come together.

And julienruc regarding the processor, I actually wanted to go with something as good as an i5-8400 but at less price(when I started listing the parts for build, i5 was @ inr13850 and in 2 months it reached 22.5k). Also I want more clock speed and cores + threads for software like FL studio which lags a lot with bad cpus. That's why I decided to go for the ryzen 5 2400g. I'll give you the links to the site from where I'll be buying the parts. One is an offline store
( http://www.deltapage.com/content/price.htm )

and the other is an online store mdcomputers

You can see the current prices of the parts(refresh the page). Thanks again for the help!

If you're planing on usong this computer as a workstation, I would suggest going for Ryzen over Intel as ryzen CPUs deliver a superior multi-threaded performance, which is what you are looking for when running desktop applications. Especially editing software where you will have fast renderiing times. I would suggest the Ryzen 5 1600 instead of the Ryzen 5 2200G as for only a few hundred INR more, you get 6 cores and 12 threads instead of 4 cores and 8 threads with the 2200G. Also the 2200G comes with an integrated graphics card whoch you don't neex
