Additional Comment: I would like to play Diablo 3 on this. Will this max out the settings and please recommend an OS. I dont know if all of these parts are compatible so can someone please tell me and make any changes if they arent. I also need a fan I think. I will PM you if I have any questions. Thank you.

I think that looks like a good solid budget gaming build myself. Diablo 3 is not that intensive so yeah. The parts are all compatible. No need for a CPU cooler since you can't overclock that chip anyway.

You don't need that motherboard or the CPU cooler since you can't overclock that chip. You can probably go for a cheaper H77 motherboard and use that extra money to get a better CPU (Blizzard games are mostly cpu heavy as opposed to graphics heavy)
