'please re-setting cpu frequency in cmos' overclocking

Hey guys, i have a problem here ... So i'm trying to overclock my amd athlon IIx2 4400e on Gigabyte m68mt-s2p motherboard. I increased my fsb from 200 to 205, but when i try to boot it, this poops out

So what should i do?...

There should be 2 pins near the battery on the board, you short them with metal for a few seconds download you motherboards manual for exact location or alternatively remove the battery from the board for a little while. Both will reset bios to default.

I know how to reset it, but i want to overclock without this error. How can i switch it off or something ? :/
