So I'm finally ready to bite the bullet and buy a decent monitor for gaming. I play a variety of games so I want a monitor that's decent all around. I've been playing on a 60hz monitor (bought on a budget) for 3 years, so I think it's time to up the performance a little bit. My standards are below. Let me know what you guys recommend. Thank you.

-1920x1080
-Higher than 60hz
-Matte Finish
-Adjustable (up and down) stand
-At least 23in
-Under $360

I use a GTX 970.
