Please recommend a high-quality fully modular 1000W power supply with a single 12V rail and with at least a gold rated efficiency rating for around the $200 range.
I'd widen the search criteria a bit but it's true, cheapest one is 280$ rn, generally they're closer to 320-340$ in the current situation. Here is a list meeting your criteria:

As you can see, its really not happening.

As I said before, you don't have to go single rail. And you don't need 1000 W for a 3080. 750 W is enough and 850 W is more than enough.I want a 1000W for an RTX 3080 and Ryzen 5900X gaming build.
Get a Seasonic Prime PX-850 / RM850x (2018) and call it a day. Even their 750W counterparts would work.I want a 1000W for an RTX 3080 and Ryzen 5900X gaming build.
Not the Seasonic Prime, @jonnyguru mentioned (including the Corsair AX Titanium) that it and its derivatives has an issue with 3080/3090 cards.Get a Seasonic Prime PX-850 / RM850x (2018) and call it a day. Even their 750W counterparts would work.
Agreed. Ok I am running a cpu that takes much lower power than a 5900x but I’m running a 650w with my 3080. It does also depend which 3080.As I said before, you don't have to go single rail. And you don't need 1000 W for a 3080. 750 W is enough and 850 W is more than enough.

Haven't heard of anybody using a Prime PX (based on Prime Ultra Platinum) PSU with a 3080/3090 and having issues. I heard such things about Focus Plus but not Prime. I scour forums all day.
Great.
