USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: (e.g.: Gaming [all the latest fps and racing games except for NFS titles]. Expescially dirt 3, fear 3 and metro 2033.

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: (8800gt 512mb. and fsp blue storm 2 450w psu)

OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: (q6600 Oced to 3.2ghz . Asus pk5 se/epu/ 4 gb ram, Case: thermaltake mambo. with fans at every orifice)

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: (I live in singapore, so this does not apply)

PARTS PREFERENCES: (just the best value for money for my needs)

MONITOR RESOLUTION: ( 1680x1050)

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: (Need to have better than stock cooling)


I recent purchase of a q6600 up from an e6300 has left me desiring better pixels when I crash and most importantly dx11. I have been hearing how beautiful dirt 2 was and now dirt 3 is in dx11 and I want to see it for myself.

Amd 6870 or 6950, nvidia 560 and above.

You're going to get a ton of people saying this or that...

But I personally have a geForce 560Ti and it rocks!

My screen is at 1920 x 1080 and it handles everything I throw at it.

MW2 High settinsg = 90fps ingame
F1 2010 high settings >75 fps

It is a very affordable card, extremely powerful and will run anything you throw at it, especially at 1680x1050
