Additional Comments:

I think I have picked out quality parts, but would like advice. Is it worthwhile for me to purchase a case fan or two? Should I replace the stock cpu cooler?( Sometimes it gets 90 F (32C) in my house during the summer)
Do I need to replace my monitor? (AOC G2770PQU 27-Inch-if yes please say so but I will budget that separately)
My goal is to get a computer that I will be able to comfortably use for the next 3-4 years and play the top end games.
RGB is not important to me. Noise level doesn't matter much to me. My current computer is an I7 6700 that is 4+years old. My GPU is a R9 200.

I want good value :functional is much more important that fancy.
Finally, I will be having a computer shop put together the machine on my behalf.

Changed your mobo from a X570 to a B450. Unless there is a reason you need the PCIe4 there is no advantage to this board.

Swapped your SSD for a cheaper and IMO better one.

Gave you a better PSU

Also removed Windows OEM. Either buy a full copy for 30 bucks more, or save money and follow this https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/get-windows-10-free-or-cheap,5717.html
