Hi guys, please review as I am new to this, also I have a couple of questions maybe someone can help me answer.

AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-core, 24-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor

G.Skill RipJaws V Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin SDRAM DDR4 4000 (P...

ASUS AM4 TUF Gaming X570-Plus (Wi-Fi) AM4 Zen 3 Ryzen 5000 & 3rd Ge...

My first question,

Im reading the procesor it lists a max speed of 4.7 mhz, but the motherboard states
Ryzen 9 5900X (Vermeer) (3.7GHz,105W,L3:64M,12C)

Does this mean I will not utilize my processors potential speed?

I purchased 2 kits of 2x16 ddr4 @4000 but I have been reading that the infinity chip will not allow me to go past 3200 on this motherboard, will this still work? Was this a bad choice??
DDR4 5100(O.C)/5000(O.C)/4800(O.C.)/4600(O.C)/4400(O.C)/4266(O.C.)/4133(O.C.)/4000(O.C.)/3866(O.C.)/3733(O.C.)/3600(O.C.)/3466(O.C.)/3400(O.C.)/3200(O.C.)/3000(O.C.)/2933/2800/2666/2400/2133 MHz

Also when it states OC, I am assuming overclocked, this is mostly going to be a workstation machine for rendering and content, so I was thinking of just running stock?

3.7GHz, is CPU's default max frequency without boost, 4.7GHz is max all core boost while it could boost on single core up to 5-5.1GHz.
Some may consider an OC when set for frequencies above those boost frequencies or at least all cores at single core boost.
PS. you may experience some difficulties running 4 sticks of RAM at high speeds. Infinity clock maximum may be higher with newest BIOS, manuals and specs are usually written for first MB version.
3600MHz RAM with low latency is considered a point of diminishing returns.
