[SOLVED] Please review my chosen PC components

Hello I am building/upgrading my PC components, I want to attempt to “future proof” my PC although I know future proofing is a subjective matter. I want my PC parts to last a couple or more years.

Right now I use my PC for mostly gaming and multitasking in browser, I play on 1080p monitor 144hz. But I plan on upgrading to 1440p and then maybe 4K down the line.

I currently own a RTX 3070 I get high FPS on most games on Ultra settings but there are some limits sometimes which I would like to completely eliminate while gaming on a 1080p monitor.

My main question or enquiry is for my PC parts that I have chosen for this upgrade, I would like a review covering Quality, Compatibility and Price. Price is not the main issue but I wouldn’t say no to a better insight on comparable products.

Your build works but I can see where there's plenty of fat to cut off. Here's an example of what you can do and obtain similar performance for less money. This build allows you to run that cpu down below with the power limits turned off in the bios. It's a round a bout way of OC these locked Intel cpu's. It keeps them in turbo boost mode longer.

Is this in Canadian or Australian dollars? The reason I ask is because the prices don't match US dollars.

Overall looks pretty good. I'd switch the PSU to a 750W (should be more than enough)
and maybe have a look at the i9 10850K instead of 11th gen. Cheaper and has a better performance. otherwise everything else looks futureproof to me.

I have couple questions with the components you listed. I noticed you didn’t list any RAM should I use the RAM I already selected ?

Also the motherboard is Micro ATX but the one I selected is ATX motherboard, does this matter at all will I still have the same components but just at cheaper price because it’s smaller ?

I do not need need a CPU cooler my previous build has a Hyper 212X I will just use this.

Also I with the CPU you selected the i7 11700F is this really a better choice than the K, I heard reselling CPU’s without the integrated graphics is harder and less valuable. And I have never overclocked before but If I get the 11700K wouldn’t a potential overclock be more better ?

I see that you listed a Samsung SSD NVMe this one is cheaper and has less Mb’s than the one I choose which had 7000mb’s. Do I not need that much will I see any difference in gaming and multitasking with these 2 SSD’s. I will put my OS on this SSD when I do I get it.

Also do you have any PC case recommendations I like Corsair 5000D Airflow , but should I pay $200 for it. This is the only case with a simple design with tempered glass with good airflow and x2 USB inserts on the top

The RAM you chose works and at a good price. If you're going with two NVMe SSD's then stick with the Z590 board seeing how it has 20 PCIe lanes vs 12 for the B560 boards. You will need to get a better cpu cooler though for that 11600K seeing how it has a TDP of 125w and can easily exceed 200w in turbo boost mode.

Also I would like your opinion to which motherboard I should get, I only need 1 Nvme SSD for my OS and I will have 1 Sata SSD. So the Main difference between these boards will be the SSD configuration, will they both perform the same for everything else ?

The B560 will do just fine if you go one NVMe + SATA. The Dark Rock Pro will work fine for the 11700F but if you go with the 11700K then I'd look for a 200+ watt cpu cooler in case you ever decide to OC.

The B560 will do just fine if you go one NVMe + SATA.
Most B560M motherboards including the Aorus and TUF have two NVMe slots; one 4.0x4 next to the CPU socket when using an 11th-gen i5 or better which may come with the motherboard manufacturer's M.2 heatsink pre-installed, one 3.0x4 powered by the chipset PCIe somewhere below the 4.0x16 slot which is usually left bare.
