It's compatible, and your motherboard has wifi there is no need to buy a wifi card, i'd still recommend u to use ethernet, check this >> http://a.co/1S91KEd

No issues I see, also nice part choices. If I where to nitpick maybe go with the Cryorig H7 cooler instead of the EVO since the price (before rebate) is the same and is a better cooler.
