It is very difficult to assess the build.... Because a lot of information is not available to main user base of this forum.

One thing for sure is that the perices are all over the place... Seems like you've chosen the most sensibly priced cpu. GPU not so much, yeah I understand it's price problem. But would you have rx570 in reach?

The monitor is crap, only 900p. You should look for 1080p. If you get rx570, you can even try to get a freesync monitor
