CPU - Fine
CPU cooler - Unnecessary, the stock cooler is good
Mobo - ok
RAM - Look for DDR4-3000
SSD - Get 240GB or larger
GPU - OK
Case - OK
PSU - Ehhhh, could do better quality (80+ Bronze at least)
WiFi Card - WOW!!! That's incredibly expensive. How about DLink DWA 582 = $60
Monitor - No good. Does the AOC G2460VQ6 fit in your budget? (24" 1080p 35-75Hz FreeSync with LFC)

Neither.... A lot of junk parts in those builds.

This would be better.
