Please Review My First Build Parts List, Upgrade Ability is Key

This is going to be my first PC build. It's going to be used for School, CAD, and Gaming. I plan on purchasing all parts within a week.

I just want to make sure I'm not doing anything catastrophically wrong. I'd also like to get some nice sleeved cables but don't know lengths or where I should go for them.

I found this website, but I don't know if these cables will work.

I plan on upgrading the system in about 2 years to add newer/more graphics cards, dual or triple monitors, and probably a water cooling system.

So you do not plan to overclock at the start? (Otherwise, you need something more than stock cooler)
For gaming, a wired keyboard is more reliable.

Nothing catastrophically wrong
