M0j0jojo is the better build, but I would add a SSD for O/S and apps, while using the HDD for mass storage.

That build only has 8 Gigs of ram. Ive heard that 16g minimum is important for using Premiere Pro. Is that CPU far better than the AMD FX 8350?

You think the 8 Gigs is enough Ram for the video editing? I already have the 1 TB HDD so that $50 could potentially go elsewhere.

If you have the 1TB HDD, then the 16 Gig is a good addition for video editting.
