If you on a budget:
PSU: XFX 550W http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9
Anything lower limits upgrading in the future. Corsair CX series power supply aren't great as they uses cheap caps and you should avoid buying one.
Although H81 motherboard aren't bad, H87 offers more upgradability and is the same as z87 but without the overclockability and other things.
Good part selection.
The xfx 550w is nice, but maybe the corsair 430. There are great opinions on that though
While the CX 430 is good for very tight budgets, it uses bad capacitors and has a high failure rate. This is why I would never recommend it over the XFX 550W, which is made by Seasonic (one of the best PSU brands).
I have an xfx 550w but he doesnt need than many watts. He could go with a lower wattage, but the corsair 430 is cheap and ok. I do recommend a quality brand but 450 to 500 would also be fine watt wise.
