I'm new in the PC things, I had a computer before, but that wasn't for gaming. I'd like to build a cheap, but relatively good config, that can run two, three years old, or older games.

To be honest, I have no idea whats a good CPU, or motherboard, and I don't know is it even possible to build a computer like this.

I already have a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and OS, I just need the computer for it :)

Thanks,
Yinob

I'm not aware of any good builds for that budget, but this should work for you.

if you're just looking to run games on low settings at a good frame rate sammy sung's setup should work for you, it will have a little better graphics than a previous gen console with a higher frame rate. if you're really looking to get good resolution, intended in-game effects, decent anti-aliasing, and still be at a good frame per second rate you're going to have to dish out $200-400 more depending on the build.

you could make do with this for this build,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-power-supply-cx430
which would get you about on top of that max budget.
