Please suggest me one video card

Can anyone please suggest me a video card around 75USD (5,000INR) that will work most modern games decently

My friend had the gtx 730. Could not game on it at all. It won't run games like ARK or GTA5. You could run them but get no more than 30fps on the lowest settings.

730 isn't much better than the igpu. Sorry TejPool, but unfortunately the video card can be the most expensive part of the pc, easily equaling the price of the cpu. To play games like GTA: V at decent settings and playability, you are going to need a video card like a r9 380 or gtx960 or better, which in the US cost @ $200 or roughly @ INR13,000
