have you looked at kelly blue book, true car or other source for average prices for that vehicle in your area? that's the first place i'd check for whether the price is decent or not. every area is different so what may be good in my area could be terrible in yours.

true car shows that being a bit high for the milage it has for my area. almost 100k with some previous damage is a deal breaker at that price to me. but that's just my 2 cents based on a couple price checks for my area. check out your area and see what average prices are there.

SUV's are always overvalued in my opinion but then i'm not really an SUV person.
