I used to own 970 and it has coil whine when I play high fps game. But this card, even on Witcher 3 locked at 60 fps, the card runs so loud.
My PSU is brand new EVGA G3 750w.

It sounds like one of your fans is hitting a wire or something else creating that noise. I'd remove gpu carefully and check to see if there's anything in the way of fans movement

Do you mean removing the heat sink? Would that void a warranty?

Think norcalsc means check no dangling wires from inside case isn't touching gpu fans.

And if nothing of the case is in the way, remove the card and carefully look through the fans for anything touching from inside / under the gpu fans. Gently turn the fans with your finger.

Check other fans too, could be a wire touching cpu fan after installing the card.

Thank you guys. I found out that the noise came from its fans. Lower the max speed to 90% sloved the issue.
