-I have a GTX 970 already, and plan to use the stock CPU cooler it comes with. Yes I would like an H100i V2 or Noctua eventually.

-This system is for general use and some gaming.

I recently built similar mini itx system.
For motherboard my choice was either Asus H110I-PLUS or Asrock H110M-ITX. Went with Asus model.
For case went with CM Elite 130.

So unless you specifically need motherboard with wifi module, you can save some bucks and get a cheaper (not in any way inferior) option.

This build is for a friend actually, he wanted the wifi bluetooth option on the board, the CM Elite 130 was originally on the list and we may still go with it. Thank you!
