Im just guessing you are talking about the router, so generally almost each router has reset switch... but before doing that try admin/admin as its most common login/password combination.

Yup. Just reset the router.

the original is always is admin/admin,
if you ever changed and forgot, you may reset your router, then it turns to admin/admin again.

I wouldn't say always. Some of them are admin for user and nothing for the password. Closing as this is an old thread. Please pay attention to time if you are going to post. Last post was over 6mo ago.
