Maybe. It depends on if that Acer board had a BIOS update late enough in life to support that graphics card. It's compatible as far as the card's PCIe 3.0 being backwards compatible with the PCIe 2.0 slot on your motherboard, but that does not mean it has BIOS support for the newer card since the board is from 2010 when PCIe 2.0 was still prominent and the graphics card was released after PCIe 3.0 became the standard.

Whether Dell ever released a BIOS to support newer cards on that board, is hard to say.

What is the model of the actual COMPUTER itself that this motherboard came in. That's the only way we're going to find out whether there are BIOS updates available for it or if you have already been updated.
