Yes, the account password for Hotmail is correct, and Gmail seems to be working fine.

I think they are telling you that they won't allow other e-mail accounts via the web only client. Which they kicked off back in 2018, so could just be that they pre-emptively not allowed the password to be updated?

Download the outlook client for your phone or in Windows and you should still be able to do it there.

If that isn't what you are talking about, then not quite sure.
