[SOLVED] Please Wait on every start .. cold or restart.

W10 Pro 64 1903. On any kind of start, get brief Please Wait. I am accustomed to seeing this after an update, but on this one machine, I see it on every start up/boot/reboot. Not a great bother, but doesn't quite seem right. Comments appreciated in advance.

This can appear depending on what you've got set up to start at startup, and in what order, and how long something takes. If it's brief, I would not worry about it.

However, Doing a Windows 10 Repair Install or Feature Update Using the Windows 10 ISO file, would not harm anything and would let you attempt to determine whether this may be because something in your Windows 10 installation is "very slightly off" at the moment.
