PLESE HELP! GPU rx 580

MSI Radeon RX 580 DirectX 12 RX 580 GAMING X 8G or Sapphire Radeon NITRO+ RX 580 8GB GDDR5? (MSI is $12 cheaper when you account for shipping) I have read that Sapphire is the NVIDIA of AMD and it has the highest clock speed. But I see good things about the MSI as well. PLEASE help!!! I can't decide.

The MSI is about $12 cheaper than the nitro (when you take into account shipping). True that the nitro is a little faster, but is that mean that it won't last as long (I want something that will last a good number of years). I read that the nitro had some fan issues in the past and that MSI cooling is better? Also the nitro has only 2 year warranty and MSI has 3. The clock difference is about 30 Mhz is that noticeable? In addition saw a review that showed the nitro using significantly more power than the MSI. Any thoughts?

How is the noise/power consumption? I hear it is heavy on the power use?
