On a scale of 1-10. 1 being poor. And what games can it play?

NOTE:

1. Monitor is not final.
2. Case is not final
3. Not willing to downgrade CPU.
4. I am an Intel guy.

Purpose (AGAIN):

Gaming AND 3D work: New and most titles at FULL HD @30fps (average) at medium to high settings. Not interested in 2k or 4k gaming.

I am not interested in ultra settings, more than 1 monitor setup, fancy LED backlights, aesthetics, overclocking.

BUDGET: Just know that it is already exceeding by ~$134.

For the purpose you stated and price/performance wise: 8/10

You can expect a similar or a slightly better performance than in the video, on medium 1080p you will be able to play pretty much everything at stable 30fps+, most of the time 60fps+, only exceptions being heavilly CPU intensive games like "Ashes of Singularity" on high details

CPU and the PSU are some very nice picks for your build, I would not change them at all.

1050ti and 8gb DDR4 RAM is OK now for most games, however, adding up some extra later might be necessary.
You can save some money by chosing a product from different companies/editions, though. The difference in performance is mostly negligible.
ASUS Strix is a great edition[strike], but in my opinion not really worth the money on a tight budget.[/strike]

You will probably want to get a dual channel RAM setup for better performance, so buy 2x4gb instead of 1x8gb, your motherboard has 4xDIMM so no need to keep the space for upgrades yet. Also, for this purpose, I don't think HyperX Fury is your best bet, you can get something cheaper without making a noticeable difference in performance (just make sure it's supported by your motherboard on the MSI webpage). 2133MHz will do the job.

The case is unknown to me, if looks weren't important I would go for a more controversial case, looks like people who bought it mostly like it, however, so it might suit your needs.

I suppose you know about SSDs and decided you don't need one, fair enough.

EDIT: scratched the remark about the ASUS Strix card, doublechecking your alternatives it looks like a good card to pick for your system.

This CPU or Ryzen 5 1400? Which will benefit me more for gaming and rendering?

Another user here recommended me to use dual channel RAM, but can you explain why dual channel performs better? And if the performance is noticeable or not?

Yes, I know about the SSDs, but it will cost me much and I have to have some drive for a backup. So I cannot go with a boot SSD and storage HDD.

Can you recommend me a good RAM?
