[SOLVED] Plex, Roon and game server build.

[moved to 'Systems >> New Build']

I'm looking to build a low cost PC to run 24/7 to serve as a Plex & Roon server. I will also use it to host some online games(Insurgency) occasionally. I've never built a PC just for this reason. What do you think? Would you choose an Intel or AMD in this situation? What about the RAM capacity?

My build thoughts:
ASRock Fatal1ty B450 m-itx
Ryzen 2200G
G.Skill Ripjaws V 2400mhz 2x4gb
EVGA 400w
WD Red 8tb HDD(own)
Samsung 860 250gb SSD(own)
Windows 10(own)
Thermaltake V1

My cost $385.00

I was also thinking an i3-8100 and Gigabyte H310N LGA 1151 for $343.00

Motherboard must have HDMI output.

Solution
Few things: #1: Please use 3000MHz RAM or faster. Will improve performance quite a bit.
#2: 400W EVGA is not the best idea. The problem is that it seems to be in the W series, and quoting DarkBreeze, EVGA has some good and bad units: W series is a not-very-good one. Check the PSU tier list 2.0 for more info. You'll have to visit some of the more recent comments. It'll be hidden under a spoiler. I recommend something like a Seasonic Focus Gold 450W. Or a Corsair CX450M (PLEASE get the black-and-white label unit)
#3: 16-32GB of RAM would be better.

If I had to build it from scratch...
