I'm considering to update my current set (A7V333) but I want to keep my
video card because it is a GeForce4 Ti 4400 and I'm not a gamer.

My requirements are:
RAID (0,1) possible for ATA
SATA with RAID (0,1)
8 USB2 ports
Gigabyte lan card

I've been looking for A8V Deluxe based on K8T8'00Pro chipset, because most
of new mobos based on nVidia nForce4 are PCIe.

I would appreciate your opinion.
Regards

The ASUS A8V-DX motherboard is a very good choice for a board
with an AGP video slot. We are a dealer and have had great
success with them. I also use one in my personal system.

I'll second that - same board here with no problems.
