You want a Z97 motherboard if you're planning on overclocking. If you aren't planning on overclocking, then you don't really need a watercooler and can just get an i7-4790.

What is your budget? For such a high end build, I would get a 120-128 ssd drive for the OS. I agree with viewtyjoe about the motherboard/cpu issue. Also, if you're buying new ram, you might as well get faster ones for just a few dollars more. 1600 mhz and above.

mmm my budget is like $1796 and why i care for i7 4790k is for the base clock of 4 an turbo one of 4.4 ! wich is really nice, reading on alot of site i wont get much from oc with that i7 but i plan no to overclock it i just want the base and turbo

i would go with 16gb ram 12gb is too much but 16gb will be better for up coming games
