Pls help can install disk

so i just turned on my new pc a few hours ago and installed windows on my ssd, but i have a 3 tb sata iii as well which appear on my devices but i cant give it a letter to use it can someone help?

doesnt work when i click on top of the disk all options are disabled

Try another SATA port.
