personally, i love LiteOn and Pioneer and LG. but just make sure it has high Read/Write speeds and a decent cache

I like my LiteOn IHAS 424 drive because it has the capability of reporting raw error rates so that I can use software such as Nero DiscSpeed to test the quality of my burns. Without checking the raw error rates you have absolutely no idea how good or bad your burn is.
