for choosing smps

check out this review of b700h, and then please tell me if this psu will work fine with rtx 3070 paired with r5 5600x / r7 3700x

Not really good at all... it's based on an old group regulated platform. With the newer IDLE states of CPUs nowadays voltage stability goes haywire with these. This Gigabyte would be suitable for older systems, but I'd avoid it on anything newer.

With that configuration you've listed I'd get something better than this. Power output is not a problem... you can get away with a 550W or 650W great quality model.
