i bought a new graphics card and i plugged it in but when i go to run and write dxdiag its showing me the other graphics card that i had on my pc ..... did i [watch your language] up or i am just ok ?????? pls help me

did you uninstall the old gpu driver and reinstall for the new gpu?

What graphics card did you have previously and what do you have now? Did you reinstall the drivers? And watch your language, I would edit that or a moderator is going to say something to you.

well sorry for my language !!!!!!! i had a intel hd graphics 4600 and now i have a powercolor radeon rx 460 2gb ..i used the cd than was in the box with the gpu ..... what should i do restart the pc again or just formal the pc and redownload the drivers ?????

go to amd.com and download the latest driver. and did you connect the monitor to the new gpu?

i am am downloading the drivers now... and some times when i am playing games the game freeze and i am getting black screens over and over again.....
and is showing to me that the Application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware what is this ??????? pls i need help

what is your full system spec? include the make and model of the psu.
Might be your psu is can't handle the new gpu

Don't stress over the fans on your GPU not spinning straight away, a lot of the modern gpu fans don't spin until they are needed.

How did you go with your drivers?

First thing would be get a quality psu

Sure, take the new gpu out and use the iGPU

The issue happen after you got the new gpu? most likely is either the gpu or the psu.
