Pls help me

Hello,
i plugged out my inter hard disks,both c and d. but when i plugged it in back and try to on my pc ..it says ~Reboot and Select proper Boot Device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot Device and press a key~ i dont understand what to do..

When you re-plugged them in, you probably switched which port you used (the socket on the MB you put the plug into). Go into the bios set up and re-set the boot device order so that the correct hard drive is selected to boot from.
