Pls help...SCSI HDD

Hey all,

thanks for reading my topic...I want to buy a desktop amd FX-6100 with MB Asus M5A78L LE sc AM3, AMD 760G, 4xDDR3, 1xPCI-e x16, 0x USB3.0, ATX.....Kingston 4GB DDR3-1600MHz HyperX Blu XMP kit 2x2GB

...and here's my question: I've got 2x IBM eSERVER xSeries 146,8 GB 10k rpm SCSI U320 with Adaptec AIC-7901X (BQEE426) M71IX SCSI DAUGHTER BD from an old server....i don't want to buy a new 500GB HDD if i can use those two..I want to run a lot of virtual machines and servers on it, a lot of small size file transfers, a few bigger files once in a while , Dreamweaver and so on...no high-end gaming...Are they any use for me? are they atleast as good as 7200rpm HDD? will there be no problem with the motherboard?

...thank you very much for any help...if you got any advice to my PC build pls tell me ( got the FX-6100 for the price of FX-4100)
