Hi sana,

D3D is short for Direct3D. Reinstall your graphics card drivers and ensure the game/program you're running is using your installed graphics card. You'll know if the PC is using your graphics card if you have the video cable from the monitor plugging directly into the back of the video card port, not the motherboard video port.
