With no budget limit, I'd go with the Asus Rampage III Extreme and the best i7-9xx processor my wallet would allow.

Pff... you guys need to think big. With a no budget limit, the OP should grab the EVGA SR2 and 2x Xeon X5680 and 24GB of RAM.
