No, because that could cause a fire. What you must do is remove the electricity from the PSU immediately, then leave it off until you have replaced the PSU.

This is a deathtrap just looking for a time/place to happen. Unplug it IMMEDIATLY, and do not plug it (or anything else) in again until an electrician has checked and verified that the electrical outlets are correctly wired and safe for use.

Doing this would short the PSU to ground, potentially blowing a breaker or causing a fire.

Your PSUs outside that touches the case should be grounded, so there is definitely an issue. Unplug the PC, and order a new PSU.

All we are trying to say is don’t plug it in, make sure an electrician checks out the wiring in the house and if it’s OK Then get a new power supply and hopefully you haven’t fried anything inside the computer

I sure hope you installed your motherboard correctly, using the standoffs that came with the case (usually installed onto the cases' motherboard tray) and making sure none are hitting the bottom side of the motherboards circuitry (Each one should align with a screwhole in the motherboard).

thank you for all of your reply well im pretty sure that it's just our outlets because I brought my pc to a shop then there's no problem at all
