What are you going to put in CPU_FAN header? Some fan turning all the time has to be connected there or it wouldn't boot.
On those coolers, pump works full speed all the time no matter where everything is connected and it's together with radiator fans. If you want radiator fans to turn full speed all the time, all you have to do is to set CPU_FAN in BIOS to manual.
