Question Plug in Unplug sounds

So suddenly my computer starts playing plug in or unplug sounds when i am not plugging in any device. USB is doing that . I tried unninstalling it, disabling it, it came back anyways . The USBlogview says it's Port_#0005.Hub_#0001 Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)

Do you have any USB devices (and that would include SD Cards) plugged in?

When USB devices or cables start going wonky you'll sometimes get disconnect/reconnect looping.

No usb's devices that include sd cards are plugged in. Only devices that are plugged in is keyboard and mouse. I also tried different keyboard and mouse the problem still occurs
