What kind of question is this? It's just a error message saying that you don't have the monitor connected to the correct output device, so unless you've already connected it correctly there's no point posting here.
 
Depending on the machine that you're using it can vary, please post some more details. However it's commonly the lower video port that is connected to the GPU, check and see if there's a compatible video port that you can connect to and go from there. Also it doesn't hurt to just try each one in order.
