Plugged something into wall and sparked

Hello, I plugged something into outlet that computer was plugged into and it sparked and power turned off. Computer no longer is working. The computer will turn on, turn off really quick then turn back on. And will stay running, the motherboard has a green and a red light. Everything looks like it's running fine but nothing will display on monitors, says no signal.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

The something probably damaged the PSU, but you hopefully have a quality unit that didn't damage anything else. Try with a different PSU and don't connect that something again.

Got it fixed, unplugged the 24 pin connector to discharge motherboard and it's working fine now. Thanks.
