plugged ssd in to sata3_a2 not realising it once probably the worst choice please help(more about in desc)

I've only been in the bios and have not touched anything or installed and operating systems etc only looked at the bios, is this gonna be okay for my ssd and not having to factory reset it like people have said you have to if you use it in it if i just take it out and put it in sata3_0?? first time builder so was a very amateur mistake

It should work in any SATA port. First one is usually best for OS. It should be not necessary to do "factory reset" just because of that. Since it's an SSD, make sure that SATA is set to AHCI mode before you install OS.
